My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room had a great view of the golden horn and fresh air could be enjoyed by opening the window, but there were issues with the women's changing rooms that smelled bad and had stained carpets. The service was exceptional with the staff being helpful and kind, even taking care of a difficult situation with a taxi driver. The location was a bit far from major tourist spots and public transportation, although it was near to some areas. The dining experience was delightful with tasty food and attentive staff. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs, but the positives shone through.
